Village Park

Village Park 100 Maidenhead Lane

With more than 60 acres of facilities, Village Park provides many recreational opportunities.

There are three lighted soccer/lacrosse fields and facilities for tennis, basketball, softball, volleyball, as well as playgrounds for young children, an outdoor exercise equipment area and a dog park. Two bathroom facilities, pavilions, picnic table, walking and biking paths.

There is a walking path from one side of the park to the other. Entrance for the tennis courts, basketball courts and volleyball is from Bergen Street. To access the softball, soccer fields and dog park use the Yeger Drive entrance. Gordon Avenue is available to access the soccer fields as well.

The Lawrence Hopewell Trail runs through the Village Park also.

Directions

The park entrances are near Route 206, which is reached from Interstate 95 exit 7B (Princeton / Lawrenceville).

Bergen Street Entrance - Basketball Courts, Tot Lot, Volleyball Courts, Tennis Courts

  • From 206 traveling south - Turn right at Gordon Avenue light. Travel up Gordon Avenue to first intersection (Bergen Street) and turn left. The entrance to the park is 200 yards on the right.
  • From 206 traveling north - After crossing the 95 interstate use the jughandle at the next light to turn left across 206. Follow Lawrenceville-Pennington Road to Bergen Street (fifth street on right). Entrance to the park is 1/2 mile on the left just before the water tower.

Yeger Drive Entrance - Soccer Fields, Softball Fields, Tot Lot, Dog Run

  • From 206 traveling south - Turn right at Gordon Avenue light. Travel up Gordon Avenue to first intersection (Bergen Street) and turn left. Pass this first entrance to the park and turn right at the second street (Yeger Drive). Entrance to the park is 1/2 mile on the right.
  • From 206 traveling north - After crossing the 95 interstate use the jughandle at the next light to turn left across 206. Follow Lawrenceville-Pennington Road to Bergen Street (fifth street on right). At the second street on left turn left onto Yeger Drive. Entrance to the park is 1/2 mile on the right.

Gordon Avenue Entrance - Soccer Fields

  • From 206 traveling south - Turn right at Gordon Avenue light. Follow Gordon Avenue into the park.
  • From 206 traveling north - Cross over the 95 Interstate. Turn left at the third traffic light (Gordon Avenue). Follow Gordon Avenue into the park.
