PICKUP SCHEDULE - We attempt to maintain the same scheduled service days unless otherwise noted. It is difficult to duplicate pickup times due to uncontrollable circumstances that we may encounter day to day. To help ensure pickup, please have your trash and recycling staged and ready for pickup by 6 am on collection day or the night before.

PAYMENTS & INVOICING - Given that one of the primary benefits and conveniences of our business is that transactions are automatic and electronic, it makes perfect sense to extend that to our invoice process. All of our invoices will be emailed and every payment will be by an automatic credit card transaction. Please make sure your correct information is filled out on this statement to ensure this is put into effect. Each invoice will be billed and charged quarterly (every 3 months).
