So much of what Lawrence Township accomplishes is done in conjunction with various boards and committees. They depend on volunteers, appointed by Council and public participation. Affordable Housing - Meets as necessary, One (1) Vacancy
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee - Meets the third Thursday of each month, Five (5) Vacancies,
Environmental Resources and Green Advisory Committee - Meets the fourth Tuesday of each month, Six (6) Vacancies
Growth and Redevelopment - Meets the fourth Tuesday of each month, Nine (9) vacancies
Health Advisory Board - Meets quarterly in the morning, Two (2) Vacancies
Historic Preservation - Meets the second Monday of each month, Two (2) Vacancies
Lawrence Alcohol and Drug Alliance - Meets the second Tuesday of each month, Two (2) Vacancies
Planning Board - Meets the first and third Mondays of each month, Two (2) Vacancies
Public Safety - Meets quarterly, Two (2) Vacancies
Recreation - Meets the first Thursday of each month, Four (4) Vacancies
Senior Executive Committee - Meets the second Wednesday (9:30 am) of each month, One (1) Vacancy
Shade Tree Advisory Committee - Meets the fourth Monday of each month , Two (2) Vacancies
Trails, Open Space and Stewardship Committee - Meets the first Monday of each month, Four (4) Vacancies
Zoning Board of Adjustment - Meets the third Wednesday of each month, Four (4) Vacnacies
